H.V.A.C. Systems Installation
We have a dedicated staff compliment, our projects manager has an operational history of over 15 years in HVAC systems installation for all commercial and industrial applications. From the installation of ductwork, insulation, diffusers, fans, pumps and even chillers.
Piping Services
Moderate Air has a dedicated team of skilled pipe welders and fitters, providing comprehensive piping services for all mechanical and HVAC systems through our in-house piping department.Our team is proficient in installing steel chilled water piping, fusion-welded pre-insulated polypropylene piping, copper piping for VRV and split systems, as well as refrigerant piping for advanced HVAC applications. Additionally, we offer custom-fabricated piping solutions, system retrofits, and maintenance services to meet the diverse needs of commercial and industrial installations
Ductwork
Moderate Air produces all ductwork in-house at our Msasa workshop, located at 18A Harrow Road, using advanced, industry-grade equipment. All ductwork systems are produced and installed in strict compliance with DW 142 standards.
